Good News and Bad News. Good news first: THE PDF VERSION WILL BE SENT 10/31/12, ON HALLOWEEN! WOOOOOT! It’s beeeyooooteeeful.

The mobi & epub versions had some formatting issues that went deeper than a hagfish on Jack Dawson’s walterlogged, chump-dumped corpsicle. Soooo, they won’t be out for a little while longer. AAAK!!!
